Debbie has always loved being active and physically engaged, whether through track and field, gymnastics, cheerleading, or weight-lifting. She became a certified personal trainer in 2010 and has been helping to bring others the benefits of a healthy lifestyle ever since. She is now certified in a variety of fitness specialties including suspension training, corrective exercise, aquatic exercise, women's fitness, and group exercise.
