She became a certified personal trainer in 2010 and has been helping to bring others the benefits of a healthy lifestyle ever since. She is now certified in a variety of fitness specialties including Suspension training, Corrective excercise, Aquatic excercise, Spin cycling, Womens fitness, and group excercise.
